One place I love shooting at in Santa Cruz is Chaminade. We photograph a lot of weddings at Chaminade every year and there are always new places we find to shoot at. It’s one of those great wedding venues that has some cool furniture in the lobby to shoot with and outside not only has some great views but also some really good surroundings. It also always seems to have some amazing light near the end of the day on the back hill, I love it when the light is just setting over the trees and you have this killer light for some photos of the bride and groom.
