The Ranch Golf Club wedding – San Jose, Ca

Congrats to Alexis and John who were married at the beautiful Ranch Golf Club in San Jose. The Ranch is a wonderful spot for a wedding in San Jose, it sits above the city and has amazing views of the city lights at night and some really cool architecture and landscape to photograph. Alexis and John are such a fun couple and their day really did turn out perfect. Thanks for having me as a part of your day!

Here is a quick little highlight slideshow of the day.

The Ranch Golf Club, San Jose

To continue our wedding Wednesday’s posts I am going to highlight another venue I love shooting at, The Ranch Golf Club. The Ranch Golf Club offers stunning views of downtown San Jose and the distant skyline of San Francisco along with some great golf course views and a beautifully designed clubhouse. There are so many scenic spots around here to shoot at from the golf course views to the stonework and arches that go throughout the clubhouse.

Here is a little more info about The Ranch Golf Club:

The ranch is such a great spot to have a wedding, the views of the city lights at night are amazing, the golf course is very scenic and the clubhouse has some really good architectural spots to shoot around. There is a lot of texture, columns and other really cool details to shoot at around there.

The Ranch Golf Club wedding

I had a great time at Frank and Claire’s wedding the other week. They had a wonderful reception up at the Ranch Golf Club in San Jose, which is one of my favorite places to shoot weddings at. There is such a variety of spots around there to shoot, from the golf course to city lights and some beautiful architecture and attention to detail. They had a fun reception complete with a few games (thankfully the egg didn’t break) and a really good group of family and friends together. It was a smaller wedding with around 60 guests and just a perfect size. Sometimes I just love smaller sized weddings, they have such an intimate feel to them.

Wedding at the Ranch Golf Club

Congrats Ignacio and Louisana who were married last December at St. Josephs church in downtown San Jose.    St. Josephs is such a beautiful church I love to photograph in there, the detail inside is just amazing.  After the ceremony we headed up to the Ranch Golf Club for the reception.  We started off with some fun shots of the bridal party and even thought it was getting very cold out that evening, everyone in the bridal party was great, they had fun and you can’t even tell they were freezing in the photos!   The reception turned out fantastic , they had a great band that kept the dance floor packed all night.  It was a great group to work with and we created some amazing moments of the day.  Also a thanks to Amy Paris from Paris Designs for all of her coordination work, the day was so smooth!
