Congrats to Calvin and Christina who were married a few weeks ago up in Healdsburg, Ca. They had an amazing day at a family residence up there and it was such a perfect day and location for a wedding. Sometimes having a wedding at a private estate can set a very intimate mood for your wedding day, and this location was perfect for a wedding. Nestled in a little valley surrounded by vineyards in Healdsburg, Ca Calvin and Christina had a perfect spot for their special day.

We photographed a beautiful wedding at the Wine and Roses hotel and spa awhile ago. The location is a little gem tucked away in Lodi, Ca. They have some great landscaping around the hotel and really good attention to detail. We got a nice full hour to shoot with the bride and groom before the ceremony and we able to capture some great shots of them around the property. Here are some of the highlights of the day:

Come and join us next month for La Dolce Via – The sweet and stylish road to Italy. Club auto sport in San Jose will be having an event next month (October 12th) to benefit the Italian American Heritage Foundation. Their showroom will be transformed to a little slice of Italy with some great artisan showcasing their Italian products. Enhancing the experience will be the knowledge that a portion of each attendee’s charitable contribution will go to the Italian American Heritage Foundation to further their efforts to establish a Little Italy in downtown San Jose.

Our vendor of the week is David from A Video Reflection (AVR). We had met David a few years back at some industry events and he came across as really a genuine good guy so I had to learn more about his videography. David has a passion for his work and capturing the spirit of a wedding day, he loves what he does and is great to work with at a wedding. He even shot my sisters wedding and did a fantastic job, everyone loved how he fit into the wedding just like he was part of the family.
