Lauren and Doug had an awesome wedding at the Opera House in Los Gatos a few weeks back. The day started over at the girls house capturing them getting ready. It was a great group of girls
and always such a fun time capturing the emotions and moments before the wedding. Everyone was nice and relaxed this day, no stress or drama just hanging out getting ready for the big day.
We then headed over to the church for a traditional Catholic service . They had a great Irish priest that had a good sense of humor and delivered a good service. After the mass we had a nice chunk of
time for the bridal party and bride and groom shots and were able to head outside and have some fun. It was such an amazing day outside, sunny and warm but not hot at all. We cruised around Los Gatos high
which was close by and captured some great shots of everyone. It’s a nice place to shoot at, they have a good mix of greenery a cool big Oak tree just lots of different little spots to shoot at so you can get a bunch
of different looks all within a few feet of each other. The reception was at the Opera house in downtown Los Gatos and since Lauren is a big Irish fan there were lots of little Irish treats around the reception.
They had little Irish whiskeys on the table for favors, the setup of the Opera house was perfect for their day! Congrats guys!!!!

We shot a awesome engagement shoot downtown recently that was a blast. We even got to include their dog in a few of the shots (props to G-Money he did a great job modeling)! We setup the shoot to be at the
end of the day to get a few images at dusk and then the rest of the shoot at night, there were some really cool little spots we found to shoot at and a great alley way that was perfect for an evening shoot. Here are just a couple

I feel so blessed to not only do what I love to do on a daily basis but also to work with some really great clients! Sometimes I need to pinch myself to make sure that I am really awake and not dreaming
up some fantasy life Being able to be a part of such an important day as a wedding and preserving memories for generations to remember is an honor and I always feel very privileged to be a part of
every couples day! To top off all of this awesomeness I also just have the best clients out there, they are all super fun and just great people to be around. The other day I was pleasantly surprised by a new client
with a box of some of my favorite treats, Icing on the Cake cupcakes…. so YUMMY! Chang you Rock and I can’t wait for your wedding day next year!!! Thank you so much, I ate them all (not in the same day) and they
were all amazing! Here are a few photos of these great treats as well as me in my chocolate coma after eating the first one.

Today is my 8 year anniversary! I can’t believe that it has been 8 years since my wife and I got married. I can remember our wedding just like it was yesterday, it was an awesome spring day it and everything was so perfect. Our lives have changed so much since then and all for the best. My wife has always been there for me to support me and has been a huge inspiration for my business, she has pushed me to follow my passion since the very beginning of things. Back in the day we were sharing a little apartment with her brother and I setup my office in her room just in the corner where we used to stack laundry. She has always told me to follow my dreams and the passion and gifting that I have in photography. Without her support I don’t think I would have ever started shooting weddings. And now with our little baby Faith I am seeing a whole new side of her, an awesome mommy! Thanks hunny for a great 8 years and I look forward to all of the good memories to come!
