Happy New Years!

I hope everyone has a safe and fun new years eve tonight! 2008 has been a very packed year for all of us at Stagi Imagery and I can’t believe today is the last day of the year already! We were busy all summer and fall this year with 44 weddings and captured some amazing images along the way. There were some new locations we got to shoot at this year and some of our old favorites around the area. I got to also shoot some images in Hawaii which was awesome. It was an amazing year and now I am looking forward to all of the new and exciting shoots for 2009. This coming up year I am going to limit the weddings that I photograph to 35 but also expand Joeys schedule to 35 as well, so for anyone looking for a photographer contact us soon to book your date. I am already over 1/3 booked for 2009 and January is looking to be a very busy month of meeting with brides.

I am excited for all of the opportunities that the new year will bring and look forward to sharing some exciting new products we are going to be offering soon.

Villa Montalvo Weddings

Over the past years we have photographed a lot of weddings out at Villa Montalvo (now Montalvo Arts Center). It is really a gorgeous spot to get married, such a classic and elegant spot to have a wedding. There are so many great little areas around the grounds for weddings I can shoot there over and over and always find new places to shoot at that just look amazing. Greg and Sheren were such a sweet couple and so great to work with on the day, here are just a couple of favorite shots of the day:

Mountain Winery Wedding

December 30, 2008 – 8:23 pm

Scott and Linda were married at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga. This was the 3rd wedding I done in this circle of friends and it was great to see some of the same people again. What a fun bunch of people! The ceremony started early up at the Mountain Winery and then was followed by a cocktail hour around noon. That lasted for a few hours and then we had a break until the traditional Chinese banquet at Dynasty later in the evening. The bridal party had us laughing all day long and we captured some great images at the winery. Take a peek at the day here:
