Congrats Mario and Lori

Mario and Lori were married at the Five Wounds Church in San Jose,  We have been to this church many times over the years and I really love to photograph here.  It is such a dramatic, classic cathedral.  There is also a choir loft that also makes for some cool shots and check out the reflection shot below taken from up there, I love it!

After the ceremony we went over to Stanford for photos of the bridal party and family, we didn’t have a lot of time but were able to capture some classic portraits of the family and of Mario and Lori.

The slideshow is online here:  Mario and Lori, Five Wounds and Stanford Wedding

Here are a few images I love of the day:

Baby photos are coming soon!

Everybody has been asking me for a few photos of our little baby girl.  I have taken a ton of photos of her already but the sad thing is everything has been so busy with work I haven’t even had the time to look at the photos yet.  Today we are almost getting caught up with our wedding production work so will have a little extra time to go through all of the photos and post a few online.  Check back later for some cute images :)

A few images from Richardo and Christinas wedding

What a super cute couple RIcardo and Christina are.  They have big perfect smiles and are just a great couple.  I had so much fun at their wedding and there are a few shots that I just love from the day.  Most of these were just shot in this little tree lined walkway outside of the reception hall, but we had nice soft light, a great couple and that always makes for good images.

Here are some of my fav’s:

Fine Art Wedding and Portrait Photography

Another awesome wedding in Half Moon Bay

We have been in Half Moon Bay the last two weekends and last weekend was just a perfect wedding.  Kristy and Kevin are an amazing couple, so fun and just too cute together.  I first met Kristy a few years back working a wedding together.  She is a florist and works for Ralston Florists in Belmont.  I did some photos for a floral brochure for them awhile back and Kristy volunteered to model for the photos (and did such a great job, I knew when she got married I had to shoot her wedding).  We dressed her up in a wedding dress and went around Ralston Hall taking photos of some of their bouquets.  It was a fun shoot and I was so excited when she called me earlier this year to shoot her wedding.

The day turned out so perfect and other than the limo forgetting about them at the ceremony site, everything went perfect (I put on my chauffeur hat and took care of them, so they weren’t stranded, most people don’t know I have other skills other than the camera :)

The wedding was at the Hastings House which is a private house in Half Moon Bay and they have a beautiful garden area that you can rent for ceremonies and receptions.  After that we headed over to the Oceano Hotel a brand new hotel in Half Moon bay that is just awesome.  The main ballroom was decorated so well and of course had the most amazing centerpieces and flower arrangements.  I’ll post some images soon and you will be amazed at the arrangement she had at the table card table, amazing!

I can’t wait to post some images, I know there are going to be some really great shots of the couple and of the day.

More to come soon,

Mark

What a crazy week!

WOW, what an awesome and crazy week this has been. I know I haven’t posted in awhile but life has been so busy trying to adapt to the new life of being a father now and still running my business right in the middle of wedding season.

Everyone that told me to get my sleep now and that life will change forever (and I told them they were trippin that this would be easy). Well you were all right, everything did change in an instant, but all for the good. Looking into my beautiful babies eyes is the best thing in the world.

I have tons of photos to post of her and also the last few weeks of weddings and am finally getting back into the swing if things. Stay tuned for more updates tithe blog this week.
